Privacy Notice

Who we are. UpgradeED is a sole proprietorship owned by Carma Coetzee. Contact: booking@upgrade-ed.co.za · 082 493 1362.

What we collect and why. When you register for a seminar or get our content, we collect your name and surname, school, province, cellphone number and email address. We use it to send you the join link, reminders and your content, and — as agreed when you register — at most one email a week about new trainings and content.

Sharing. We never sell your information. We use Brevo to send our weekly email and our web host (Cybersmart) to run this site; they process it only on our behalf.

Opting out. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. You keep access to anything you already have.

Deleting your information. Email booking@upgrade-ed.co.za and we'll delete it within 30 days. We keep only a scrambled (one-way hashed) copy of your email and number so you're never added to our list again by accident.

Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
